The Challenge: Field Sales Under Pressure
Market pressures and an uncompromising focus on the customer made it essential for Bohnenkamp to relieve its field sales reps of time-consuming secondary tasks like reporting and order intake, without sacrificing the quality or completeness of the data captured. After a two-and-a-half-week key user phase in December 2024, VoiceLine was rolled out across the entire German field sales team in January 2025. Within three weeks, the full team was trained and live.
